As I was reading a bit serious books so wanted some “lighthearted-book” dose. And what could be more entertaining than a JQ book which will be filled with witty and sharp dialogs with a peculiar female protagonist. So that’s how I picked up this books. But this was a bit disappointing. It started of really good but somewhere it lost all its charm in the middle and the second half was just a drag which I wanted to get over with. Miranda the female protagonist turned out to so annoying eww I felt like shaking her and telling her to be happy with whatever she has got. And Tuner the male protagonist was another dim-witted guy though was perfect for Miranda in every way ;) yet realized it a bit toooooooooo late for my liking. But I loved Olivia, Miranda’s bestie. Would love to know more about her so am going to continue with the series soon.
