The main thing that caught my attention was the title of this book ‘Truly, Madly, Deeply’. I liked the way the book was written. Merging of present and past was nicely done. In between poems, shayri and hindi lyrics which were added seemed apt for the situation. This book does take you back to your school life for sure. But having said that I found the plot (story) a bit too filmy at times. Especially the cheating part, I mean they were just in school and cheating to such an extent was way too much according to me! The main protagonist Rahul’s character was a bit annoying. He was very unsteady and unsure at times! I could not make out whether he really loved Seema or was he just competing with her until she left him. Also the ending could have been better! On the whole a one-time read for sure!
