I really hate this book! This kind of Fantasy is definitely not my genre! The humor was so outdated and lame I never ever laughed except for just one scene. Another thing which bugged me was the authors' interruption every now and then, It happened in the very beginning it self… it was all about how he loved this book and now he is unable to find it.. blah..blah..blah and then after about 50 odd pages the original story starts and I really didn’t find it funny! While reading this I even watched the movie and found it much better than the book itself, which also helped me in completing this book otherwise I just couldn’t have. In my opinion the book deserves a one star but the movie deserves two.
