So far this is undoubtedly one of the strangest book I have ever read, with a rather peculiar cover and title! However reading this book was like watching an illusionary painting or a mirage may be. The story of two lovers Chantal and Jean-Marc appears to be lucid, simple but its rather bizarre and complex. Above all the writing was just amazing, I think its very difficult just to recall a dream which has no starting or ending but putting all those imagination on paper is even more tricky but Milan Kundrea has just done that here! And I am really fascinated by his writing. So evidently I will be reading more of his works.
